Which number should I enter?
Choose Tracking Number and enter the courier reference from your shipping email. Or choose Order Number and enter your TAP order number with the phone number you used when ordering.
Why can’t I see a tracking link yet?
Tracking becomes available when the order is dispatched and a tracking number has been added. Check your order-status page or contact our team below.
